Characteristics:

•	 Origin: Islay, Scotland

•	 Type: Single Malt Scotch Whisky

•	 Alcohol content: 57.1% ABV

•	 Filtration: Non-chill filtered

•	 Barrels: Mainly ex-bourbon, partly French oak

Aromatic and taste profile:

•	 Aroma: Intense, with notes of tar, linseed oil, dark chocolate, black currants, muscovado, cherries, pine needles, salty breeze, seaweed and smoked bacon. Vanilla, cloves and blueberries are also perceptible.

•	 Taste: Very deep, peppery, lively and chewy. In the foreground, steak in pepper, crispy seaweed, espresso, dark fruit (black currants, blueberries, cherries), bitter almonds. Over time, notes of anise and smoke appear.

•	 Finish: Long, strong, with notes of coffee, chocolate, chocolate-colated cherries and spicy pepper sauce. It leaves a long-lasting, smoky and spicy impression.

Interesting facts:

•	 The name comes from the legendary Corryvreckan water vortex off the coast of Islay - the whiskey is equally powerful and untamed.

•	 The bottled version won many awards in 2020, including the title of Best Single Malt Scotch at the International Whisky Competition 2020.

Ardbeg Uigeadail

Characteristics:

•	 Origin: Islay, Scotland

•	 Type: Single Malt Scotch Whisky

•	 Alcohol content: 54.2% ABV

•	 Filtration: Unfiltered cold

•	 Barrels: A combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry barrels

Aromatic and taste profile:

•	 Aroma: Very peat, with notes of smoke, vanilla, caramel, Christmas spices, nuts, violets, pine, leather, coal, toffee and raisins in chocolate.

•	 Taste: Deep, balanced between sweetness and savory. Perceptible notes of smoked, honey, molasses, cigars, Christmas cake, spices and raisins.

•	 Finish: Very long, with deep tones of raisins, chocolate, smoke and mocha. Leaves the heat of smoke and spices.
