The Magnum pack I
This pack contains three magnum bottles of refined lambik beers.
The Zenne y Frontera blend 72 is a single barrel Oloroso lambik, for which we matured two three-year-old lambikken, brewed by 3 Fonteinen, on an Oloroso barrel. Two-thirds of the grains used for this came from our own Cereal Collective. After bottling, the bottle matured for more than a year at the brewery. We bottled only 613 bottles of this blend.
For the first time ever we are releasing a Golden Blend in a magnum bottle. For this we selected three different barrels on which five different brews matured. More than a third is four-year-old lambic that was brewed by us at the beginning of 2018. After bottling, the bottle matured for more than a year at 3 Fonteinen. A total of 641 bottles were bottled.
Finally, the pack includes a magnum Cuvée Armand & Gaston, for which we selected four different casks on which five different brews matured. More than 60% of the lambikken used is old lambik and one of the lambik matured in an Oloroso sherry cask. Two-thirds of the lambikken were brewed with grains from our Cereal Collective. The average age of the hops used was eighteen years. 639 bottles were bottled.
