Hitachi - MX-W01 Hi-fi set
At auction this beautiful compact Hi-Fi system designed by the Japanese company Hitachi.
Very rare specimen to see, difficult to find in Europe.
The HITACHI MX-W01 CD Slimline system with double cassette and receiver, introduced to the Japanese market in 1986 under the Lo-D series, was a predecessor to the famous Opus 450 CD series, built a year later.
The MX-W01 amplifier delivers a robust output of 30 W per channel, sufficient to drive the system's speakers to produce powerful sound that fills the room. With a frequency response of 20 to 20,000 Hz and a dynamic range of 95 dB, the audio quality is remarkably clear and vibrant across the spectrum.
Nice display in amber color
Phono connection with HQ preamp
Elegant and ultra-thin design
Treble and bass controls
6.3mm headphone jack
Auxiliary input for an external source
Well preserved and with normal signs of use. Its operation has been checked and it provides a detailed and beautiful sound. The CD player works with original and properly functioning CDs. The right cassette deck works correctly and the left one needs inspection, it does not operate. The radio works correctly. Please note its age and that it may require maintenance or servicing.
