This non-limited chronograph features a grey Bioceramic case, crown and pushers and a grey VELCROO strap with contrasting light grey stitching and a Bioceramic loop. It has a white dial and a black Bioceramic bezel with a white tachymeter scale. This timepiece features two unique subdials at 10 and 2 o’clock. The first subdial displays the number 19 (usually 60) at the top, while the second subdial displays the number 65 (usually 10), referring to the year 1965. These subdials have been calibrated for a total of 19 hours (10 o’clock subdial) and 65 minutes (2 o’clock subdial), making them a bit different to typical chronograph readouts. The numerals 19, 65 and (on the 6 o’clock subdial) glow blue under ultraviolet light, a tribute to the OMEGA Speedmaster and its flight suitability achieved by NASA sixty years ago in 1965. The battery cover features an image of the Moon. All dials in the collection feature the OMEGA X Swatch branding, the iconic Speedmaster logo and the Moon Swatch logo. The domed shape of the biosourced glass, the engraved “S” in the centre recalling the Swatch logo, the fine and sophisticated circular pattern on the outer dial ring and on the recessed subdials, the smooth and angular construction of the lugs and, of course, the unique feel of the Bioceramic Son Common to all models The indexes, hour and minute hands and the tip of the chronograph seconds hand are coated with grade A Super-LumiNova for excellent visibility in the dark (green emission).
