M. le Marquis de Lauriston vient de m'informer, Monsieur le Baron, qu'il vous avait annoncé par une lettre en date du 10, la donation qu'il a plu au Roi de faire à Madame la Duchesse d'Angoulême d'une maison sise Rue de la Madeleine n° 35, et que c'était à S. A. R. a recevoir le prix des locations de cette maison à dater du 1er avril dernier. M. et Mme Moullard qui occupent un appartement ont bien voulu remettre de confiance entre mes mains le prix du quartier échu le 1er juillet, mais ils m'ont exprimé le désir d'avoir pour l'avenir une notification officielle à cet égard... etc.. "... Mr. Marquis de Lauriston has just informed me, Mr. Baron, that he announced to you in a letter dated the 10th, the donation that it pleased the King to make to Madame Duchess of Angoulême of a house located at 35 Rue de la Madeleine, and that it was for H.R.H. to receive the rent of this house starting from April 1st last. Mr. and Mrs. Moullard, who occupy an apartment, have kindly entrusted me with the rent for the quarter due on July 1st, but they expressed the desire to have official notification in this regard for the future... etc.. "
