Feenstra, Rudolphus J., Sneek - Grote antieke Friese geboortelepel met botter - Birth spoon - .833 silver
Traditionele, antieke Friese geboortelepel vervaardigd van zilver met ovale bak en een gegraveerde steel versierd met een florale motieven.
Op de top van de steel staat een Nederlandse botter met meerdere zeilen, een zwaard aan de bakboordzijde, een meeuw op het kraaiennest.
Op de achterzijde van de bak staan in stippeltechniek de naam van de pasgeborenen en het geboorte jaar (1836) gegraveerd.

Traditional, antique Frisian birth spoon made of silver with an oval bowl and an engraved handle decorated with floral motifs.
At the top of the mast is a Dutch botter with multiple sails, a dagger on the port side, and a seagull in the crow's nest.
On the back of the box, the names of the newborns and the year of birth (1836) are engraved in dotted technique.
