* De Vries geeft een bibliografisch overzicht van zijn in het Duits vertaalde werk (9 titels in 11 edities). 'In voorbereiding is een vertaling van 'Sla de wolven, herder!' (...), maar ik weet niet, wanneer het zal verschijnen en ook niet wie de vertaler is'.
2. Originele foto van Theun de Vries, Harry G.M. Prick en Paul Citroen. Circa 1980. 12,8 x 17,8 cm. Met stempel van Foto Wolson in Den Haag.
* Een lachende Citroen, met een glaasje wijn, legt zijn hand op de schouder van Theun de Vries, terwijl Prick (met modieuze geblokte das) geamuseerd toekijkt.

Theun de Vries, Typed letter to 'Esteemed Sir'. 27.5 x 21 cm. One sheet. Only recto. Dated 'Amsterdam 4.2.1957' and signed 'Theun de Vries'. 28 lines of text.
De Vries provides a bibliographic overview of his work translated into German (9 titles in 11 editions). 'A translation of 'Beat the Wolves, Shepherd!' is in preparation (...), but I do not know when it will be published or who the translator is.'
