Marlen dedica questa collezione alla celeberrima rappresentazione che Leonardo diede delle proporzioni ideali del corpo umano, universalmente conosciuta come l’Uomo Vitruviano. Attraverso questo disegno a penna e inchiostro, Leonardo dimostra come il corpo umano possa essere armoniosamente collocato nelle due figure “perfette” del cerchio, che rappresenta l’Universo e del quadrato che invece rappresenta la Terra. L’uomo entra in contatto con le due figure in maniera del tutto proporzionale e ciò rappresenta la natura perfetta della creazione dell’uomo in sintonia con Terra e Universo.
La collezione creata dai designer Marlen, ha corpo in caseina nera tornita, dettagli in resina italiana tornita. Gli anelli sono in rame incisi. Il cappuccio invece è in resina italiana tornita con clip in argento e bronzo e anelli in caseina e rame.

Introducing the Marlen Collection The Harmony of Leonardo
Marlen dedicates this collection to the famous representation that Leonardo gave of the ideal proportions of the human body, universally known as the Vitruvian Man. Through this pen and ink drawing, Leonardo demonstrates how the human body can be harmoniously placed in the two “perfect” figures of the circle, which represents the Universe, and the square, which instead represents the Earth. Man comes into contact with the two figures in a completely proportional way and this represents the perfect nature of man’s creation in harmony with the Earth and the Universe.
The collection created by the designers Marlen, has a body in turned black casein, details in turned Italian resin. The rings are in engraved copper. The cap is in turned Italian resin with a silver and bronze clip and rings in casein and copper.
