Name and historical origin: Spectacular Nihonto Wakizashi sword of the WW2 Samurai warriors of ancient Japan, historical and original sword Sword condition: This sword, recognized as Nihonto Wakizashi, with a cutting length (nagasa) of 39 cm, is in good condition Description: Original Nihonto Japanese sword, wakizashi The blade and the supports are in good condition. The sword has a blade length of 39 cm. The blade comes in koshirae supports. They are in good condition. It has no nicks, little to no rust and very few scratches. There are some scattered side marks and areas of coarse grain. It has no major flaws like Hagire. Technical characteristics: Signature: (swordsman) The original polished blade Habaki: Single bronze laminated Habaki. Blade length: 39 cm Sori: 0.5 cm. Kissaki: short Mekugi: 1 Width at hamachi: 2.55 cm or 1.0 inches. Kasane: 0.59 cm or 0.23 inches.
