Wooden bust from the 16th century. It depicts an "Ecce Homo" with arms open downwards, a halo, and iron spikes. Given the holes on the back, it was likely used differently than just being placed on a piece of furniture or table, also considering the base added in recent times. Polychromy with slight retouches when it was cleaned about 10 years ago, the index finger of the right hand is missing (see photo). Measures 53x40x14 cm, base is 27x19 cm. Due to current regulations, it cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
