With dynamism and an entrepreneurial attitude, he gave his personal touch to the production of the renowned Bairrada Roasted Leitão. With art and passion, he introduced Seafood Soup and Seafood Paella as new additions to regional cuisine. Over the course of four decades, he projected the region both in terms of restaurants and the wine sector.
