Technics - SL-1100 - Direct Drive Turntable

The Technics SL-1100 was produced between 1971 and 1975, combining some of the best features of the SP-10 series. It is a beautiful, vintage Hi-Fi piece from the early 1970s. This turntable has recently been professionally serviced, including: - New electrolytic capacitors - Contact cleaning of all potentiometers, switches, and connections - Reflowed dry solder joints - Cleaned and detailed inside and out - Tonearm set up to the owner's manual specifications - Re-oiled motor - Cleaned and re-lubricated cue lift mechanism - Cleaned and re-lubricated speed/off mechanism - New stylus for the 270c cartridge - New RCA cable with ground It comes with the original Technics head shell, 45 adapter, and dust lid. The dust lid has one crack on the left side (see photo) and some small scuffs and light scratches but presents well for its age. The turntable is fully operational and holds perfect speed at 33 and 45 RPM. All four feet are original and in perfect condition. There is some light scuffing on the corners from the lid, though it is not very noticeable (see photos). I have this turntable paired with my Sansui AU-999 and Tannoy DC-200, and it delivers incredible sound and clarity. Please note that this is a Japanese 100V version, and you will need a voltage converter to use it in Europe. Feel free to message me for advice on a suitable product. The turntable will be professionally packed, with all parts secured properly. I have extensive experience packing vintage turntables and take this task seriously.
