Antidoot - Woop Woop 2021 & Vernal Wood 2020 - 75cl - 2 bottles

1x Woop Woop - Inspired by some old Brabant tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and aged hops. It was turbid mashed, coolshipped, spontaneously fermented, and aged in oak barrels for an average of twenty two months. Bottled June 2021.

1x Vernal Wood - In the ongoing exploration of the sour-bitter dialectics, we pre-boiled our mash water with the branches of our black currant shrubs (which results in a distinct fruity/floral aroma, and in some tannic structure); one year later, we infused the beer with quina-bark (think tonic) and juniper berries. Bottled February 2020.
--> Herbal as hell. Like drinking a forest druid’s rejuvenation tonic.
