Antoine Liesens grew up and colored in the 'late 60's'. Rock and later punk culture stood for colorful and influenced Antoine Liesens in his work that is drowning in color. After leaving his teenage years screaming and kicking, his world was still driven solely by creativity. In the first part of his career he worked in the field of furniture and interior design. His interest in pop artists determined his interest in painting. He started experimenting with various techniques at an early age.
