Hello, the pictures are always sent in a cardboard box because this is by far the best form of dispatch. (See also my reviews in this regard) When shipping in flat form, the damage rate by the transport companies is more than 30%. With cardboard shipping less than 1%!!! Cardboard shipping is also an international standard for this type of goods! In addition, Catawiki states that damaged boxes should not be accepted under any circumstances so that the insurance pays and the customer receives a replacement. It is incomprehensible to me why you have accepted a crumpled box and thus prevent any replacement and compensation?! In addition, there can always be damage during transport, which is not attributable to the shipper and therefore a bad rating on Catawiki is completely unfair and unjustified! Greetings Luc Best
