Quality of the seal confirmed by authorized Topps dealer to be correct or in other words packs coming from Topps. Details shared with buyer. Topps makes it impossible to open the packages without damaging the foil. This would obviously be very bad for their business. Buyer got exactly as advertised. I am sorry he was not satisfied as my other buyers are.
