If the package arrives damaged and you see that something is damaged on the outside, please write this with your signature: package received damaged. Shipping companies always try to avoid their liability. It is imperative that you do this. If your signature does not state 'subject to conditions', damages cannot be processed. Don't be turned away by the driver with 'a signature is not necessary'. Always require a signature and state this. If package looks damaged: do not accept it. Shipping costs is a theme every time. These have risen sharply in the past year, sometimes up to 25%. The rates are visible in the lot. If you don't agree, don't buy. That's very simple. I do not force anyone to buy anything from me, but I do not provide negative or neutral feedback afterwards. You know what the shipping costs are calculated and it is little consolation for the person who buys: often that is even too little and we still add money to the shipping costs.
