Aouelloul Glass, Mauritania
Aouelloul glass is dark in color and often bubbly. It sometimes contains nickel-iron particles. These were trapped in the glass at the time of the impact and are part of the asteroid which hit Mauritania 3 million years ago.

Irgizite were created during an asteroid impact which occurred approximately 900,000 years ago. They are found in Kazahkstan's Zhamanshin meteor crater located in a remote south east area of Kazahstan near the village of Irgiz.
