This magnificent collection presents 46 hand-printed reproduction woodblock prints from Katsushika Hokusai’s iconic "Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji," a celebrated masterpiece of Edo-period ukiyo-e art and a landmark in Japanese landscape painting. Faithfully restored using traditional Edo-period techniques by master craftsmen, this set is published by Yuuyuudou Publishing and comes complete with a detailed Japanese commentary booklet. Each print is mounted in a windowed white mat and grouped in pairs within blue paper wraps, forming a total of 23 sets. The collection is housed in a durable hard case.

"Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji" captures the majesty of Mount Fuji across varying seasons and perspectives, illustrating the dynamic interplay between nature and human life. This groundbreaking series elevated Hokusai (1760–1849) to international acclaim, influencing Western artists during the Japonisme movement in the 19th century. Known for his prolific career and estimated 30,000 works, Hokusai remains a towering figure in the history of Japanese art.

Most prints in this set are in good condition and remain affixed to their paper mats, with some in excellent condition. However, one mat exhibits a stain and tear, another print has a noticeable scratch, and two prints show faint spots covering a lot of the artwork. A few prints display minor spots. The hard case shows signs of age, including discoloration and stains.
