Medals awarded to Station Manager Terho Mikander for his service of Finnish Civil Defense, his graduation of Officer School and being wounded in the Winter War.
Certificate is signed by Lieutenant General Aarne Sihvo, who studied in Lockstedt 1915 to be later Jaeger General, and The Chief of Defence of Finland in 1940's.
Certicate is decorated with 3D seal from Government Council
