Up for auction is a nice old vintage 3/4 size violin. The label says: Franciscus Geissenhof fecit Viennae Anno 1811. The tastefully figured two pieces maple back measures 336 mm. The total length of the violin is 547 mm. The width of the upper bouts: 154 mm; middle bouts: 106 mm; lower bouts: 191 mm. Straight high grained spruce top, brown varnish over golden ground. Some small repaired cracks on top plate. Repairs to nose. New rosewood pegs. Shipping worldwide in a very high quality safety package. I use only fast and secure DHL shipping!
