Bastian Wolber is a young German who is passionate and conscientious when he works for a vineyard in Moselle and then for another estate in Alsace. He subsequently joined his brother Christoph in various Burgundian vineyards before discovering the wines of Jean-François Ganevat, winemaker in the Jura. Bastian then decided to return to Germany where he created his own vintages in 2019. Motivated and curious, he simultaneously studied at the University of Burgundy, worked for different estates and gradually succeeded in obtaining a few Pinot and of chardonnay. The winemaker, a lover of natural wines, chooses to carry out very low-intervention winemaking, without inputs and without sulphites. Unsurprisingly, he follows organic farming and biodynamic practices, in the winery and in the vineyards. Its vintages are great natural wines, reflecting the purest expression of the terroir.
