Armand de Brignac's Champagne Gold could be compared to Ferrari's Testarossa: a wine that has become an icon both for the aesthetics of the bottle and for what it contains. Pure excellence, the first Champagne produced in a cellar managed by the Cattier family who have been cultivating vineyards for over 250 years and who make quality the undisputed pillar of their production. All the vineyards are HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) level 3 certified, which is the highest. The bottle is coated in metal and then polished, while the label is hand-applied in French pewter, so each one is slightly different from the others. Brilliant and crystalline golden yellow in the glass, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers rich and complex aromas, reminiscent of white pulp fruit, citrus fruits, honey and bread crust. The sip is soft, as complex as the nose, characterized by excellent length and an elegant finish.
