Buyers from Belgium ONLY has different delivery method. They need to pick it up from diamond office in Antwerp. We wrote it in advance on the description of the diamond.

This is how things work in France. - [ ] When the package will arrive to Ferrari it will be marked as delivered on the tracking system of Fedex, it is absolutely ok and you don’t have to worry that it was delivered to somebody else by mistake and in anyway all shipments are insured.
