Artistic collaboration between David Law and L.A French David Law, musician, author and photographer, has been developing series around his favorite themes for over 20 years: The placement of window mannequins, Japanese angels and Korean dolls in the cities he passes through. He turns to graphics to create crypto rocks, a gallery of portraits of icons made from photos of the artists represented. He participates in several Contemporary Art fair circuits in which he exhibits and for which he produces reports photos and video. He is teaming up with L.A French for a series dedicated to pin ups of the future, in a universe close to Star Wars, and for which he applies his experience as a graphic designer using Photoshop tools. L.A French has been a musician and illustrator artist for several years. “The Space Pin-ups” combine the retro and timeless charm of pin-ups from the 50s/60s with technology and science fiction motifs known to the public. Inspired by a family passion for pin-ups and its fascination with futuristic worlds, supported by an AI for the search for visuals, reworked, mixed, illustrated in depth using graphic tools (Photoshop, XPpenartist 24 Pro graphics tablet) he creates a style where the past meets the future. These two artists join forces to invite you to dive into the artistic universe where seduction meets the infinity of possibilities, where pin-ups navigate between the stars and distant galaxies.
