Old vintage decorative mirrors "The Times of the Day" drawn by Alphonse Mucha in his studio of the "Rue du Val de Grâce" in Paris, 1899. This is one of the most representative series of the Art Nouveau style. In this lot we present the complete series with the titles "Eveil du Matin, Eclat du Jour, Reverie du Soir and Repos de la Nuit". Very old items from 1970-1979. It is important to note that this are original pieces from 1970's decade, when the Art Nouveau fashion revived in Europe. Not a reproduction (see back side photographs). All mirrors keep their original wooden frame, in very good condition! This series from 1899 is one of the most difficult pieces to obtain in mirror format. In this series, Mucha combined fresh yet delicate colours with exuberant floral motifs. Each woman is set within natural surroundings which reflects her mood.
