Instead of receiving twelve cups and saucers l received nine because three saucers were broken while packing,. Upon receipt another saucer was delivered chipped. Since 7October discount not received.

View translationThe weather and heavy rain surely changed the shape of the original box but from us it departed in good conditions. Surely in the way the humidity that penetrated possibly have dirtied the plates because when prepared from us they were perfect as we always prepare goods well as you see in the other selled products. We are sorry anyways and we hope you liked the magnificient plates.
