A handsome Sterling Silver set of 4 candlesticks in the George II four-shell corner style, having baluster bodies, with shaped square bases and shell corners, fluted baluster columns, and detachable nozzles.

Fully English hallmarked for sterling 925 silver.
The dimensions of this fine pair of hand-made antique silver candlesticks are:
Length 23.5 cm
Wide at base 11 x 11 cm
Approx. 611 + 605 + 646 + 604 = 2465 grams (weighted for stability) (scones weigh 154 grams)
Condition: Very good usable condition. two candlestick have a slight lean to one side, depending how you position it. Two candlesticks have a few very tiny holes due to overpolishing through the years on the 2nd base rim. One candlestick has a very tiny indentation on the base rim.
