Here for sale is a beautiful hollow-cast spelter statue with applied 'bronzed' patina, depicting two beautiful maidens standing over a speedboat and veteran car, celebrating the progress of industry in the Edwardian era titled "Progrès Industriel" by famed sculpteur Ernest Rancoulet. The sculpture is mounted on the original wooden display base with the title plaque inscribed with "Progrès Industriel Par Rancoulet". The dimensions of the statue are H: 63 CM, W: 31 CM, D: 8 CM. The condition and wear are consistent with the age of the statue(please see photos for further information). This is an incredibly rare piece and a must have for any automotive enthusiast.
