This team benefits from the work of a workshop integrated into the company, in charge of researching and developing new models and processes. The technique and experience acquired in the handmade creation of guitars are essential to achieve a perfect instrument. The process begins with the selection of the best raw materials: noble woods (cedar, fir, rosewood, ebony and cypress, among others), personally selected in their places of origin and specifically acquired and imported to build the guitars of this firm. Once in the Alhambra workshops, the wood is dried naturally, stabilized later thanks to the use of new technologies applied to the sector with automatic drying. Subsequently, the different pieces are made, assembled, varnished and polished, to complete the process with the tuning and sound control of each guitar. The quality and reliability of the musical instruments built by Alhambra is ensured thanks to the implementation of a comprehensive system of internal control of the production process, which begins with the selection of the best raw materials. A commitment to quality that Alhambra extends over time through a three-year guarantee and a careful post-service. Thanks to the use of new technologies, both storage and the speed and punctuality of order service are streamlined.
