Seller's Story

Maroz Diamonds specialiesed in fancy color polished diamonds, and operates out of the Israel Diamond Exchange. Maroz Diamonds was established in 1984 by Mordecai (Moty) Wallenstein, who runs the firm together with his son, Assaf, who joined the company in 1996. Mordecai & Assaf are members of both the Israeli Diamonds exchange and the Israeli pricious stones exchange. Moty Wallenstein originally joined the precious gemstones sector, and specialized diamonds, emeralds, sapphires and rubies. With an office in Germany's well-known gemstone center, Idar-Oberstein, Moty serviced clients throughout Germany. With the opening of Maroz Diamonds, the company was deeply involved in the American diamonds and jewelry market. Assaf spent two years working in the U.S office along with the firm's local partner where he established a wide network of customers. The U.S. office specialized in diamonds and jewelry to the American market. Non so se il problema sia del venditore o di chi ha certificato il diamante, fatto sta che non mi sembra che ne il colore ne la caratura ne tanto meno la purezza siano da come specificato nella certif

Seller's response

Dear Pietro, We, as the owner of the stones, have no influance on the results. Please re check the ct weight again as it is 100% as said in the certificate. The GWLAB reports are well know in the industry. It is an indipendent, gemology lab owned by one of founders of the Israeli diamonds and pricous stones exchange in Israel, Mr menhem Sevdermish. Gemology is not an exact science and there fore there will be difrences between the labs. Some are more strict than others. If you wish to get the strict one, like GIA, you should bid on items with GIA certificate. Best regards
