Product was sent with inadequate packaging and suffered substantial damage through transit. Item needs to be disposed of. Buyer protection = useless. I'm processing a chargeback with my bank.,

Superb seller. Product exactly as advertised, or better, and it arrived safely, thanks to the sturdy inner packaging. Outer packaging was destroyed. Seller did a great work, shipping company did not.
