Bottle were stored professionally in a dark basement room. Don Papa Sherry Cask is a rum made from molasses distilled in a column, aged for several years in American oak Bourbon casks. Then has 18 months of finishing in 4 different types of sherry casks : Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Cream and Palo Cortado. The rums obtained in these 4 different casks are then carefully blended by the Cellar Master in a decidedly unique rum, unfiltered and 45% titrated to further enhance its distinctive taste.
