Customs and notifications are things that your local post office failed to do, not me, honestly, I don't understand why my service is measured by something your LOCAL post office has failed to do. I shipped on time and packed your item well to arrive exactly the same as in the pictures, package also arrived faster than estimated arrival time. Getting such feedback because the item held in customs for just a day, not even a week, and that you were not notified by local service is just wrong to rate me like this after I did my side of this 100%. There was nothing I could do to change how your local post service did their job.

Item was sent on time, It just got stuck at Belgium customs, just a shame I had to pay €30 custom fees & vat for a item of €38.

Thank you for the feedback. All custom fees as of Cata terms of use are buyer responsibility and set by your country's law. As a seller I have no way of even knowing if payment will be needed or how much it will be. As a buyer I know I will have to pay when ordering abroad. I hope you like your new collectible.

well packaged, nice games, just a pity that there was no mention that you have to pay extra customs (35 euros)

The device arrived half-screwed and apparently has a loose connection. The shoulder buttons are not working properly. This is not a very good condition. Unacceptable for this price

I test everything 15 times(power and buttons)before taking photos and packing it. the device was traveling long distance to you. I have no clue why this happened,but i promise it left me top condition
