VISTA ALEGRE 50 YEARS OLD TAWNY
Vista Alegre 50 Year Old Tawny is the result of wise and careful aging in oak barrels, combined with the art and magic of the "blend".
CASTES:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, Tinta Barroca e Tinto Cão.
WINEMAKINGVinification according to the traditional Port Wine method. After gentle crushing with partial destemming, alcoholic fermentation follows with pellicular maceration. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature and is stopped by the addition of wine brandy. The entire winemaking process, which is monitored by the oenology team, takes into account the grape varieties, their degree of maturation and the desired sweetness.
