1987 Selected for the 16th Japan Crafts Association Kinki Branch Exhibition
1994 Selected for the Paris Exhibition of Contemporary Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki
2002: Certified as a traditional craftsman (designated by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry)
