Overall measurements with the frame are 79 cm x 69 cm x 6 cm and the painting itself measuring at 66!cm x 56 cm

An interesting and colourful late 19th/ easily British School depiction of huntsmen with their beagles.

Condition report . There are no signs of repair to the back of the canvas. There appears to be retouching and general strengthening to the background within the sky area in some areas . The canvas is in good tension however we noted there is a stretcher bar impressions running to the right and top horizontal stretcher quite typical of paintings of this age . Overall in fair to good condition with no tares or patch repairs. From what we can establish it appears that the presenting colours are paint rather than varnish discolouration .
