View translationFor a wine of this value (€600+) I would have expected better care in the packaging and shipping. The wine is old, so the wax capsule is (was!) very fragile. Very little effort was put in packaging.

Bonjour, je dois vous présentez mes excuses. J ai voulu expédié rapidement pour que vous puissiez avoir la bouteilles pour les faites et j'ai protéger la cire du goulot avec ce que j'avais. J'aurais du acheter une meilleure protection pour celle ci ce qui aurai eu pour conséquence d'allonger la réception d'une dizaine de jour. Je suis sincèrement désolé pour le désagrément. Très cordialement.
