About the artist: Born in 1992 in California, Jacques Guetta, also known as Hijack, has a long history with street art; he is the son of famous, street and pop artist Mr. Brainwash. Growing up, Guetta was surrounded by renowned street artists like Space Invader, Bansky, and Shepard Fairey. As Hijack evolved as an artist, he found his own voice, inspired by icons of art history and contemporary culture. Working with both the urban terrain and canvas, Hijack's visual language depends on mixed mediums, oil paint and spay paint.
