Rhum Caroni Employees 3rd Release 2000-2020 Full Proof, Nita "Nitz" Hogan, the Employees series is a tribute to the distillery's former employees. This Caroni is a blend of 6 casks of Heavy Rum Caroni distilled in the same column and aged for 20 years in a tropical climate. Blended and bottled as brut de fût for a total of 1,187 bottles. The casks were selected at the Caroni Ceremony on April 4, 2019. Once selected, the rum was transferred to stainless steel vats, where the aging process was definitively halted, in order to preserve all the characteristics of the original Caroni aged in a tropical climate.
