The shape of the handle, and crowns on front indicates that this is the first type of model 294 ever produced, probably around the 1940's
This one is well maintained, works perfectly, is smooth and easy to operate and knife is very sharp. Has some inevitably signs after 80 years.
*has been totally cleaned and disinfected before this sale. Is sharp and ready for use

Raadvad was established in 1758. It was the most respected manufactures of knives and kitchen implements in 1900's Denmark.
In 2015 the old danish company was sold to Fiskars.
Raadvad's famous '294' bread slicer has been produced for over a century, the iconic design being essentially unchanged since 1939.
All items is carefully wrapped in protection, foam or air-bubbles. And packed in a solid box.

Beeing a trusted seller on Catawiki for almost 7 years. And with more than 10.000 successful sales. This is my full-time job and I don't sell anywhere else but here on Catawiki, and I don't have a physical store that takes my time, I put all my work and time here on Catawiki..
