But we did mention in the item description that all custom and import fees are solely on buyers, and we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred on importing jewelry to the buyer's country of residence. You are suggested to check with your custom on how the tax and duty was calculated.

I'm regretted that the mentioned size does not fit. If you would like to send back the item, I could manage to change the size. As to the custom charges, it is hard to foreseen since no one would know how the custom calculate the duties.
