Deze hanger stelt een vogel voor, welke juist dat laat ik aan de kenners over. Voor mij lijkt het op een Kaketoe. Het is een prachtig werk van Teulings te 's Hertogenbosch (Nederland).
De hanger is vrij groot en is gemaakt door middel van de repoussé techniek. Bij deze techniek wordt er vorm gegeven aan het zilver door deze aan de achterkant op te diepen.
Deze hanger is gekeurd met het oude Nederlandse zwaardje zonder keurmerk, voor gehalte 835 van voor 1953.
De hanger is verder ook nog gekeurd met de maker stempel van CT4 voor Teulings. Dit keurmerk werd gebruikt tijdens de periode 1942-1954.
Bij deze hanger zit een geslepen anker ketting van 63cm en 2,6mm breed.

Feniks was founded out of the love and knowledge of jewelry, vintage and antiques that I received at home from a very young age.
