This statue is a Dogon ancestor bounded within a wheel, mystical symbol of the Dogon culture. It has received particular attention to detail by a Malian craftsman. I bought it during my long past journeys to Mali. It has always been stored inside a glass showcase. ***MATERIAL: African bronze.
