Aroma: the sweetness is already felt on the nose with the blackberry and strawberry jam wrapped in vanilla and cinnamon
Taste: enters sweet and warm, soft and intense, the tannin does its duty balancing the sugar and leaving the mouth ready for a new taste
Pairings: traditional Umbrian sweets and biscuits, such as "tozzetti", tarts, dark chocolate, creamy and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 °C
Aging potential: 15 years.
