Poor packaging. The lamp has arrived damaged. what a relly suspect îs that it has some problems and the packaging was made în a such manner to can blame the transporter.

Prima geregeld. Alles keurig. Kunt u mij zeggen hoe ik het apparaat moet demonteren om olie toe te voegen?

Alles prima verlopen. Ik heb helaas kortsluiting veroorzaakt en nu is de fitting onbruikbaar. Kunt u mij adviseren hoe ik een nieuwe fitting kan kopen. Hoe heet zo'n fitting bij de lampenleverancier?

Item was packed super well and arrived in perfect conditions.

A lovely item however packing was wrapped too tightly around item and caused the sprout to break. It can be repaired and will be. Given the price paid, I will give the seller a positive review.

The lamp is nice, but one of the fittings has broken (in transit?) in spite of packaging. The lampshade is indeed very dusty and dirty. All in all, maybe not too thrilled. Hopefully restorable.
