In 2010, we took another step in our commitment to good and good, by planting a large Portuguese olive grove and an emblematic oil mill, reinforcing our country's place as one of the largest olive oil producers. Our pop-up lid also represented a small revolution in the world of Portuguese olive oil, reminding everyone how, with us, innovation is always alongside naturalness. EXTRACTION PROCESS
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives solely through mechanical processes.

TASTING NOTES
It has a predominantly ripe fruitiness of medium to light intensity, with notes of ripe apple, but also with a slight perception of green leaves and olives. In the mouth it is a smooth olive oil with medium to light bitter and spicy intensity.

SERVING
This is an extremely versatile oil in the kitchen, adapting easily to a wide range of dishes.
