Our items are therefore all new and complete with all original accessories. Each purchase includes all original equipment, such as box, certificate or warranty card, multilingual instruction manual (where applicable) and invoice. Each item is covered by a 2-year international manufacturer's warranty or original certificate. Our staff is always available both in sales management and in post-sales management. With over 60 years in business we are not just here to sell, but to convey our passion and love for everything we do.
The lot will be shipped from Italy, with insured package. If the buyer decides to cancel the purchase by making use of the right of reconsideration, he will assume the risk of having to pay the cost of return costs and any customs duties. Buyers outside the EU must take into account the VAT and customs duties they have to pay. Abbiamo sempre risposto ai suoi messaggi, ed il pacco è regolarmente in viaggio.... Stiamo avendo problemi con le nuove NAZIONI, come la sua la LITUANIA.... Noi rispondiamo degli orologi che inviamo, non dei problemi connessi con certe NAZIONI !! E per la LITUANIA, non faremo più spedizioni, dato che nessun corriere dall'ITALIA coprirà assicurazione nei prossimi mesi... Se la prende con la sua NAZIONE e con la DOGANA che ha più volte creato problemi per noi che spediamo dall'ITALIA !!! E vedrà che il suo pacco le sarà consegnato, pertanto feed back respinto al mittente, e se la prenda con UPS della LITUANIA !!!!!!! E per la LEGGE ITALIANA, quando il pacco viene consegnato al corriere, in sede civile e penale, risponde il corriere, non il MITTENTE.

ll suo pacco è stato regolarmente spedito, e abbiamo pagato pure per il recupero dello stesso, come risulta da traking. Non siamo noi responsabili se inserite per la vostra NAZIONE, ex Paesi dell'Est Europeo, indirizzi errati con CAP inesistenti con troppi numeri!! Ai suoi messaggi sempre risposto. UPS ci ha comunicato CAP errato, inesistente. Pertanto FEED BACK respinto al mittente, e non abbiamo problema dimostrare che è tutto regolare, e le abbiamo inviato nella messaggistica regolare etichetta UPS che si paga a dimostrazione della nostra serietà !!! Non siamo noi responsabili se i corrieri per la vostra NAZIONE, fanno giri strani per evitare BIELORUSSIA, e vedrà che le sarà regolarmente consegnato. Sig. Johann lei ha acquistato un Promaster superluminoso in natulite come da descrizione, venduti a decine qui con nessuna lamentela, e si lamentava che per lei non era abbastanza luminoso. Le abbiamo risposto che è uno dei quadranti più luminosi presenti nel mercato e se non era di suo gradimento poteva benissimo restituirlo. Quindi feed back falso, respinto al mittente, e cliente da perdere! Forse a Lei le serve una lampada da 1000 W per leggere un quadrante !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Orologio come da descrizione, tranne un errore nell’indicazione della riserva di carica. Nota negativa le spese di spedizione. Chiedere 25€ per un pacco Crono di Poste Italiane da 6€ è fuori luogo!!!

A noi le spese di spedizione non concordano con la somma che Lei ha inserito. Non capiamo dove ha trovato quella cifra, ma le spese sono più del triplo dato che ogni pacco che spediamo ha una copertura assicurativa alta, e viene consegnato in soli 3 giorni. Comunque grazie :-)

Ha pagato il giorno 26 Agosto, pacco regolarmente partito il giorno 28 e la consegna è stata effettuata oggi 3 Settembre, con un Week End in mezzo, quindi tutto regolare. Ci ha scritto ieri a titolo di cronaca e le abbiamo risposto immediatamente. Non so come Lei è abituato in OLANDA, ma da noi i corrieri non consegnano al Sabato e Domenica. PAZZESCO !! E si spedisce l'orologio a pagamento avvenuto come LOGICA VUOLE, non di certo spediamo orologi sulla PAROLA :-) Pertanto feed back falso e respinto al mittente, e si SVEGLI LEI !!!!!!
