My parcels are not delivered.

This case is being processed. The bouyer bought two tables. They were sent separately in two different packages. DPD changed status for both shipments as delivered however the buyer received only the one parcel. We will make complaint as a non delivered shipment and take full care to explain this situation. All shipments that we send are fully insured.
