Jaguar MK10 uit 1966, uitgerust met de krachtige 4.2-liter motor. 

Dit Europese exemplaar, origineel geleverd in het zonnige en droge Zuid-Frankrijk, verkeert in een originele en authentieke conditie, tot in de kleinste details. Het is zeldzaam om een auto te vinden die zo trouw is gebleven aan zijn oorspronkelijke staat. De auto heeft normale gebruikssporen maar behoudt zijn originele karakter. Ideaal voor iemand die een rijdersauto zoekt.
 
Belangrijkste kenmerken:

Uiterst origineel exemplaar: 
Deze Jaguar MK10 is origineel, zonder ingrijpende restauraties of modificaties. Een unieke Jaguar voor de echte liefhebber en verzamelaar. Daarmee een echte rijdersauto.

Krachtige 4.2-liter motor: 
De zescilindermotor biedt uitstekende prestaties en maakt elke rit tot een genot. Souplesse ten top en ook dit exemplaar voldoet daaraan.

Fraaie staat: 
Deze Jaguar presenteert zich op fraaie wijze zoals een lak die in nette staat verkeert en die normale gebruikerssporen bevat met goed chroomwerk. Het interieur verkeert in prachtige staat met waanzinnig mooie patina. Het houtwerk is in goede staat en het instrumentarium is fraai en goed werkend. 
 
Historische achtergrond:

In de vroege jaren zestig beleefde Jaguar een bloeiperiode. Na de overname van Daimler in 1960 en motorfabrikanten zoals Coventry Climax en Meadows, bleef Jaguar zijn eigen modellenlijn versterken. In 1961 introduceerde het merk de legendarische E-Type, een sportwagen die wereldwijd geprezen werd om zijn vooruitstrevende design en prestaties.

Niet tevreden met alleen het succes van de E-Type, lanceerde Jaguar in 1962 de MK10. Dit model was het hoogtepunt van een reeks luxe sedans die begon met de MK VII na de oorlog. De MK10 werd ontworpen om te concurreren met het beste wat de automobielindustrie te bieden had op het gebied van luxe en comfort. 

Hoewel het destijds gemengde reacties opriep, wordt de MK10 vandaag de dag gewaardeerd om zijn imposante uitstraling en indrukwekkende aanwezigheid op de weg. Het is een echte blikvanger die respect afdwingt en bewondering oproept.
